What information do I need?

Before calling we recommend you have the following information:

  •    Your loan reference number;
  •    The date you’ll be able to make the missed payment;
  •    Whether or not you’ll need some time to make the missed payment;
  •    Whether or not you want us to take the missed payment via Direct Debit; or if you’ll be making it yourself; and
  •    The reason for the missed payment.
